What will this role achieve?
We are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our team across various shifts.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing products for a leading UK brand.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out quality inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste.
- Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest of levels.
- Supporting the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.
- High level of manual dexterity, as packing and stacking of product is required
Bring your experience
Essential
The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team and be able to perform the various roles required. They must have a ‘can do’ attitude and positive approach and help maintain the high standards required in food production.
You must have good verbal, and numerical skills. Must have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.
Desirable
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Shift Pattern
We have various shift patterns available which we will discuss with you if your application is shortlisted.
2 week rolling rota, Week 1: Monday – Thursday days, Week 2: Monday – Wednesday nights
Permanent Nights – Monday – Friday 22:00pm – 6:05am
Monday, Tuesday day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday night, Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday day, Week 3: Monday, Tuesday night, Friday, Saturday, Sunday day, Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday night
