Job Title: Production Operatives

Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off, rotating days & nights - 7:00am to 7:00pm

What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team:

Main duties and responsibilities include:

Health & Safety.

• Responsible for the Health and Safety of you and your colleagues.

Quality and Production.

• Ensuring all products are manufactured to the correct quality standards and right first time.
• Setting up and running machines as directed, when fully trained in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Adhering to all machines/processes layouts as directed.
• Checking and ensuring that area of work and workstation is set up correctly and the right SOP documentation is displayed.
• Understanding what production requirements need to be delivered through teamworking and communication.

Documentation.

• Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time, including personal training records.

Housekeeping.

• Keep housekeeping to the highest standard at all times, including all end of shift activity.
• Undertake training as required and highlighting any training needs to the Shift Manager.
