Are you a Production Supervisor with a fabrication background looking to join an industry-leading organization that specializes in design, manufacture and installation of bespoke equipment?

Reporting to the operations manager you will be supervising the manufacture of turnstiles, gates and barriers and other physical security equipment for a leading UK manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuously looking for improvements in the manufacturing operations to ensure that production is efficient through working closely with the operations manager to coordinate the team to meet client expectations.

The Role:

• Implement and manage effective purchasing strategies and procedures ensuring availability of 3rd party products, raw materials and packaging
• Proactively manage stock level
• Proactively seek improvements that will support manufacturing efficiency
• Manage quality control through the production process and conduct final quality-controlled checks on products leaving the facility
• Manage a safe and complaint work area in line with company policy and procedures
• Implementing new Quality Control measures throughout the manufacturing process
• Responding to issues and implementing corrective measures

The Person:

• Production Supervisor experience with fabrication experience
