Production Team Leader- Cleanroom

As part of our Horizon Growth Strategy and due to significant increase in production, we are increasing our Cleanroom capacity by hiring for an additional Team Leader.

 

The Production Team Leader for the Cleanroom will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the Cleanroom Production team daily. As Team Leader, you will be the main point of contact for all team members to provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to inspire and drive the team toward a common goal. A can-do attitude is essential.

 

The role will require you to delegate tasks, oversee operations and output, provide feedback on performance, and report on metrics.  Whilst the Team Leader will not communicate with customers directly, you will liaise regularly with the engineering and production administration teams to provide updates and lead times on work being carried out in the cleanroom.

 

There is room to develop and grow the team to best serve our customers’ needs and will involve working with the Production Manager to improve the revenue stream and internal processes.

 

This is a permanent position based at our Belfast headquarters full time onsite.  Additional temporary or permanent, part time or full-time positions across Operations may be filled from this recruitment exercise.


The Production Team Leader will have:

  • HNC/HNC level or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment

OR

  • ONC/OND level or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment

AND

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, specifically Microsoft Excel

 

Experience within a Cleanroom is highly desirable.
