As a Professional Services Advisor you will be a key member of the team helping to maintain and improve clinical safety in our stores and supporting our Eye Care Professionals. Sitting within our Professional Services team, the role ensures policies and governance are adhered to through proactive advice and guidance. You will liase with our store management teams and Eye Care Professionals taking ownership of clinical complaints and negligence claims supporting colleagues through the process.

Who is the perfect candidate?
- An understand of Optics or experience within a clinical/optical environment (You do not have to be a qualified Optom but exposure to optics is required - For example OA, DO, CLO etc).
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to take ownership and accountability with key attention to detail
- Confidence to advise on policies, governance and compliance
- Competent decision making whilst using your own judgement on complex matters
- Team player
