About the Role
Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.

As Program Manager your primary task will be to set up and run a Project Management Office (PMO) that supports Offshore Asset Management (OAM) meet its strategic and operational goals. This involves the effective delivery of internal projects with standardized process adherence, aiming to manage OAM projects professionally to maximize return on investment for Offshore Windfarm Assets. The role includes managing a team of Project Managers handling various high-value projects and guaranteeing competent execution within the PMO, as well as governing and enhancing project optimization throughout the broader Asset Management function.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience working in a project management environment as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager is essential.
- Experience in creating and executing an effective PMO governance structure across a comparable organisation.
- Experience in an offshore environment or similar engineering industry would be advantageous.
- Certified/Chartered Project or Program Manager.
- Ability to govern, chair and coordinate PMO meetings / boards, ensuring stakeholders follow process and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and people skills to be able to get the very best from people whilst working in a matrix structure.
- Demonstrable drive and understanding for continuous improvement.
