Programme Coordinator
Support EPS Partner Connect team in coordinating our internal Partner Connect Programmes, optimisations and daily business rhythm. Assist with finding opportunities to create or optimise programmes that help drive efficiency, such as reviewing our knowledge base and content strategy, process optimisation and supervising and supporting operational programmes. Take ownership of existing programs and lead a small portfolio of projects within the Partner Connect Program, driving efficiency and optimization initiatives.
What you'll do:
Organise and coordinate programme objectives, deliverables and milestones
Help deliver change management of programmes including training and communications frameworks.
Coordinate several programme contributors' deliverables, deadlines and objectives
Develop and build partnerships with internal EPS teams, including senior leaders, and collaborate to build and streamline partner connect communications that support defined business outcomes.
Assist in the administration of Knowledge Base platforms, including governance; content upload and updates, support requests, intake and engagement reporting
Manage the Partner Connect intake queue and requests in coordination with regional teams.
Work with the regional teams to prepare and share regular partner connect news, metrics, project updates and share knowledge.
Tracks issues and mitigation plans for risk management.
Tracks and reports on project budget as needed
Who you are:
2 - 4 years of experience
Relevant experience required or degree
Project Management skill
Agile Practices knowledge
Understand the development of the lifecycle and the various agile engineering practices that can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing).
Understand the pros and cons of Agile methodologies.
Leads Agile ceremonies without supervision.
Assists in software development projects where Agile engineering methods (e.g., Extreme Programming, Feature Driven Development) are applied.
Ability to communicate across and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Technology savvy, self-starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives.
Comfortable communicating with and tailoring messages to audiences of different levels.
Experience running a portfolio of projects
Proficient in data management and analytics
Ability to consult, collaborate and interview specialists to translate and simplify messages for a specific group.
Proficiency with MS Office 365, (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and experience with document formatting and file management.
