We are seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator who can support the academic team and also be a first point of contact for students. You will need to have strong administration skills as well as good customer service skills. The tasks are as follows:
• Be the first point of contact for the SPJUK campus.
• Greet, advise, and assist visitors.
• Answer queries related to phone email and in person
• Facilitate campus tours and support Open Day organisation
• Make arrangements for guest speakers
• Organise off campus events
• Book appointments for faculty and staff
• Manage travel and accommodation bookings for adjunct staff
• Manage room bookings
• Support faculty with administrative tasks such as updating module guides etc
• Support the management of student records
• Manage Blackboard Learn sites and ensure that all information is provided to students
• Collate and prepare documentation for meetings, external examiners & exam boards
Hybrid is NOT available - this role is based be on site daily as it is front facing.
Hours 9- 5 Mon to Friday
