The Business Transformation and Change Team, are seeking a forward thinking, innovative and passionate Programme Delivery Manager to join our team, as the current post holder has been successful in gaining a promotion
You will be joining a team that has recently won "team of the year"
This role is key to the successful delivery of the Our Futures Transformation programme, a significant and important work programme that underpins the Council's Vision and Priorities 2023 - 2028
As a Programme Delivery Manager, you will work in partnership with the Business Transformation and Change Service Manager to ensure that we have robust and agile systems and processes in place to effectively deliver the business benefits within the Our Futures Transformation Programme of work.
You will need to be a skilled change agent, who is driven to succeed and really passionate about working with all team members and stakeholders to deliver the outputs within the overarching Our Futures Transformation Programme. These outputs include creating new ways of working to emerge that are transformational, efficient, effective and enhance the customer experience.
If you have the following skills and expertise, then we would love to hear from you:
- Experience of working across the organisation to connect and collaborate to deliver business benefits outlined within programmes of work.
- Experience of leading and managing a disciplinary team within a programme management framework to deliver multiple projects that deliver business benefits, efficiencies and improved performance, underpinned by robust governance arrangements, including risk management, performance reporting, and resource management
- Experience of operating within a programme management operating model
- Experience of working as "One team " to deliver business transformation that adds value to the organisation and our customers
- Experience of working with key stakeholder and partners to connect and collaborate to deliver better connected outcomes
- Experience of being a visible change agent across the organisation, ensuring that business transformation and change principles are understood and embedded
