Hybrid/Remote working - Cambridge or London office based

You will be responsible for strategically developing and operationally delivering impactful knowledge sharing events for entrepreneurs building deep tech ventures.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and continually improve a portfolio of masterclass events for early stage entrepreneurs. Engage the entrepreneurial ecosystem to ensure relevance and inclusivity.
• Build relationships with leaders and identify best-in-class thinkers as masterclass speakers. Propose new masterclasses and schedule speakers.
• Host and facilitate delivery of masterclasses. Capture data and measure impact. Evaluate formats and facilitate community engagement.
• Contribute expertise to joint agendas on policy, inclusion, partnerships. Establish entrepreneurship offering as a recognised brand.

Requirements:

• Degree in chemistry or science, or equivalent experience. Extensive understanding of deep tech startups and scaleups.
• Business development and engagement skills. Established network across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Experience planning and delivering online and in-person training events. Organised, self-motivated, able to prioritise.
• Customer focused. Enterprising approach. Inspires solutions. Knowledgeable authority in field. Collaborative.
