Programme Procurement Lead

As a Programme Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the tasks and activities and requirements to deliver the new vehicle and business programmes are understood and communicated into the Vehicle Programme & Procurement/STA Teams.

In your first few weeks in this Programme Procurement Lead role, you can expect to:

• Deliver projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives
• Work on projects and work streams, from scoping to delivery, including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
• Manage required governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management
• Undertake any other work directed by your line manager in connection with your job as may be requested

• Experience working within a Procurement function with knowledge of sourcing processes
• Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with a track record of delivery
• A methodical detailed approach to work context and analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another, putting in place the required interventions
• The ability to present complex data and issues to a varied audience and expertise in problem resolution using structured approaches
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel to analyse and present data
