ICMP is seeking an inspiring Creative Music producer and academic to lead our BA Creative Music Production programme. Working closely with other Programme Leaders and a faculty of industry experts, the post is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to shape and build on a highly successful programme.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and connect with students, and the capacity to lead and motivate a dynamic and diverse team. You will also have proven experience in the delivery and development of higher education popular music or production programmes.

A first degree in a relevant discipline is essential. A teaching qualification, HEA fellowship, and postgraduate qualification are all preferred but not essential. Continuing engagement with research, scholarly and professional practice is also an expectation of the role.
