Hours: Full time or Part time hours considered up to a maximum of 1 FTE (37.5 hours) Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need). Your main responsibilities: Leading a cross-functional team to deliver technological, behavioral and cultural change. Developing and executing a comprehensive programme plan, managing timelines, resources, project dependencies and budgets effectively. Developing compelling business cases and briefing notes. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and align programme benefits with business objectives. Overseeing the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, and regulatory standards. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Coordinating project, service, and business readiness activities via a transition plan. About you To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a great level of experience delivering complex transformational programmes to time, budget and customer satisfaction. You will be keen to stay updated with evolving technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Some Person Requirements: Proven Programme Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering transformational programmes, ideally in complex environments. Strong familiarity with programme management methodologies (MSP) and tools. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders, sometimes with different priorities. Proficiency in managing expectations, addressing concerns, and building consensus among diverse teams. Team Management: Strong interpersonal skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals. Experience in fostering a positive team culture while ensuring accountability and performance. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Experience in creating comprehensive programme plans, considering project dependencies and effective resource management Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Proven ability to pro-actively identify issues and deliver innovative solutions, turning risks into opportunities, make informed decisions, and adapt to evolving strategic context.
