The Health Foundation is an independent charity which works to build a healthier UK.
We are recruiting to the position of Programme Manager, to work with the Head of Innovation & Improvement Programmes to use cutting-edge funding approaches and programme design to build a strategic portfolio of work, which aims to experiment, test and learn what works when it comes to supporting radical innovation - shaping the deep-seated and far-reaching shifts needed in health and care over the coming decade.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, working to understand the key challenges and identify opportunities across both the health and care system. They will Design and lead on the implementation of strategic funding programmes & initiatives to make direct impact and generate and mobilise practical learnings and insight to catalyse change.
We are looking for candidates that have the ability to think strategically, designing a range of innovative funding programmes to actively deploy key learnings which respond to the strategic health and care context, influencing key decision-makers such as national policy makers and regional system leaders.
