Place of Victory for All Nations is a church based in Belfast city centre, running various community projects from its community base in Bradbury Hub. Our community services are provided to people of all faiths and no faith. The services we provide include:A weekly foodbank.A youth club.A free Saturday school. The Project & Admin Officer will provide administrative and logistical support for the organisation and members of the volunteer workforce to ensure the smooth running of the various community projects and the office/community hub. They will work closely with the Program Manager, Project Coordinators and Finance Officer.Due to the nature and scheduling of our community projects, the role requires a flexible approach as hours may vary occasionally depending on project needs and deadlines. Saturday work is required during term time to support with our Saturday school project. There will be a corresponding day off in the week, typically Mondays. There will also be the opportunity for working from home 1 or 2 days a week, where appropriate. The candidate will be provided with training on project documentation and processes and bookkeeping software, which will be required for the role. Access NI checks will be carried out as some of the organisation’s work involves young people. .
