Project Administrator
We have registered a superb role working for this impressive international business initially on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Our client is looking for a detailed and driven administration professional to join their team and assist with delivering several critical projects. You'll be working within a growing team in an extremely fast-paced role within an environment that is centred around brand protection through developing, securing, maintaining and protecting a global portfolio of brands.
Project Administrator Responsibilities
- Support a team with a high workload of 2000 cases currently.
- Project managing multiple boards at the same time.
- Manage multiple group inboxes, dealing with high volumes of emails (800 a day)
- Convert emails into the project management system and include all deadlines, PO's, billing information.
- Look at deadlines coming up and coordinate who needs to do what, being proactive with the process.
- Provide evidence of use by country to ensure trademarks are maintained.
- Manage reports and coordinate findings.

Project Administrator Requirements
- The successful candidate will be a senior administrator, with experience of managing multiple inboxes, dealing with a high volume of emails and accountability for managing key deadlines and proactively following up on any outstanding actions.
- You will have impeccable organisation and communication skills, with a great attention to detail and maintaining data accuracy being paramount.
- Someone with a can do attitude, solution driven and thrives in a busy environment will be best suited to this role.
- Experience using Oracle, Trello or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is preferable.
Location
Our client is located in Bicester (OX26). There is onsite parking and many public transport links. This role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm. Hybrid working is available for 2 days in office, 3 days working from home. Please only apply if you are available for work at short notice.
