We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Administrator to join a busy team in the centre of York
Main Duties:
- To support the teams Administration following it through from start to finish
- Arranging meetings, tracking attendance, and taking actions
- Monitoring emails, setting up meetings and de-conflicting team diaries
- To maintain good customer service and be an effective communicator, building strong internal and external working relationships
- Confident and Resilient!
- Organised and able to work of own initiative
- Experience working with Microsoft packages
- Worked in projects before would be beneficial
The role will be working Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00am – 17:00, there is flexibility around those hours.
