Form of workWe are seeking a Project Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis in Diss, Norfolk.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving company with a possibility of being offered a permanent contract.
Our client is also happy to consider someone on a full or part time basis.
Working hours on a full time basis are, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm - 30 mins for lunch.
Duties include:
- Liaising with the Area Sales Managers to help grow individual accounts
- Ensuring that new and existing customers have the necessary product and pricing information and marketing assets
- Undertaking customer satisfaction and competitor surveys
- Providing data reports to the Business and Area Sales Managers
- Assisting in creating plans and processes regarding new sales or growth of existing sales
- Have proficient IT skills to be trained in the use of company CRM and order entry systems
- Offering excellent customer service with swift replies to emails and phone calls
- Completing projects for the Head of Service and Technical
- Booking in service appointments with existing customer base
- Booking in repairs for faulty products
- Taking payments
- Using Microsoft Visio to create flowcharts
