Your new role.
Project Administration:
- Assist delivery teams and client services in creating campaign plans and project schedules.
- Ensure accurate setup of projects and tasks in project management platforms like Asana and Netsuite.
- Collaborate with client service and delivery leads to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Adapt project plans as needed due to changes in requirements or deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reports.
- Provide support for administrative tasks and document management.
- Monitor delivery team capacity and report resource allocation concerns to team leads.
- Chase campaign deadlines and deliverables, helping prioritize workloads.
- Ensure staff accurately log time and meet billable utilization targets.
- Attend internal resource management meetings to provide insight on project progress and resource allocation.
