Project Administrator
My client is an award-winning facilities company based in Warrenpoint, who are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, 6 Month Contract with the potential to be extended
Working hours: 8.30am - 5pm hours per week
With a salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the team as well as providing first class customer service to customers.
Essential Criteria:
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years Admin experience.
- Demonstrable customer service experience and dealing with public in a professional manner.
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Higher and Further education qualifications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all administration for the Project.
- Tracking information and maintaining accurate records.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors.
- Handling telephone enquiries.
- Scheduling works daily via the company software system.
- Uphold Data Protection Policies.
- General office duties.
