Overview
The successful applicant will be joining an established Dorset based business with over 25 years in electronic systems. Supporting the office team overseeing operations whilst ensuring communication and planning of projects within the automotive and defence industries.

Responsibilities
As aProject Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all visitors whilst answering all incoming calls
- Accepting customer contracts
- Preparing and sending purchase orders and invoices
- Distributing works orders
- Tracking manufacturing and accounting deadlines using Excel
- Buying components and contracting services
- Kitting parts efficiently for manufacturing
Background
As a Project Administrator, you’ll ideally tick some of the boxes below:
- Experience within a office administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to given deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office
- GCSE qualifications
- Experience in project budgeting and expenses
- Developed internal processes filing systems
- Financial background
- Experience within an engineering industry
