Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers to define and articulate project plans.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential issues, and communicate proactively with stakeholders to address obstacles.
Documentation Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (plans, schedules, status reports).
- Ensure project documentation adheres to company standards and is easily accessible for team members and stakeholders.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
- Schedule and organise project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Resource Management:
- Assist in resource allocation by tracking and monitoring resources for project teams.
- Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for Engineering teams.
- Support management in onboarding and offboarding of project team members.
Risk Management:
- Identify and document project risks and issues.
- Work closely with managers to develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues to minimise impact on project deliverables.

This role will suit a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. Experience of working in an administrative role within a IT environment would be highly beneficial. This is an full time, office based role, working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30pm.
