We are currently looking for a Project Administrator for a large railway engineering company for a 1 year contract based in Cambridge.
The Project Administrator will assist the projects team with a wide range of administrative tasks relating to rail construction projects.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with quotes from supply chain
- Raising invoices and dealing with financial admin
- Handling queries and communications
- Liaising with suppliers
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Construction or rail experience (desirable)
- Proactive and well-organised with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar project related role
This is a site based role, full time, Mon- Friday
