The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities and maintaining effective communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion
- Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, organising and maintaining data, and managing project-related documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure necessary information is shared efficiently
