Context:

MBNL's Infrastructure Deployment Governance team ensures the activities conducted on the MBNL portfolio are efficient, cost effective and safe.

What you will do:

• Carry out the administration activities to manage the MBNL and Shareholder Demand (project works on MBNLs infrastructure):
• Mange and manipulate multiple data sources in relation to Demand and Hand out of sites to relevant projects.
• Assess incoming Change Requests for acceptance against minimum requirements and inform the submitter of the outcome.
• Maintain the Change Request Log with the latest status and commentary.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports from the data provided.
• Continually review data sources and content to ensure they are correct.
• Attend meetings as required.

What we are looking for:

• Data management and reporting
• Advanced Excel to include experience of pivots, formulas.
• Strong ability to build relationships.

Nice to have:

• Telecoms experience.
