This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join an extremely well established and successful courier company.
Duties/attributes:
- Answering client queries via email and telephone.
- Liaising with clients and delivery agents to progress deliveries.
- Liaising with specific agents assigned to you, monitoring performance and reporting to the CS Manager.
- Entering additional billing data on progressing shipments to ensure correct billing.
