Title:Customer Service Administrator
Fixed Term Contract: 3 - 6 months
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
Location: Winnersh
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process requests for customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Ensure proactive follow-up with customers
- Categorise all interactions for analysis of outcomes
- Follow necessary protocols when escalating a matter
- Ensure basic product knowledge is kept up to date

- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
