Customer Service Administrator

Title:Customer Service Administrator

Fixed Term Contract: 3 - 6 months

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000

Location: Winnersh

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process requests for customers
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Ensure proactive follow-up with customers
• Categorise all interactions for analysis of outcomes
• Follow necessary protocols when escalating a matter
• Ensure basic product knowledge is kept up to date

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
