Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Administrator with a growth mindset, looking for their first commercial opportunity.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will manage projects through the internal workflow from receipt of enquiry through to completion, delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for processing sales orders from the initial enquiry
- Creating orders in the CRM system
- Liaising with the CAD team to request customer drawings, and managing the approval process
- Working with the production team to agree timelines
- Working with third party shipping companies to ascertain cost and delivery dates
