A growing design electronic design solutions company, that has been established since 1980's are now looking for an experienced Project & Account Manager looking to join their team, and develop their career.
BASIC SALARY: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Project & Account Manager - Electronics, Electrical, PCB's
Working alongside a team of highly skilled and experienced Engineers, you will be required to work closely with our customers to conceptualise and develop new products and technologies. You will be a results-orientated person with a strong passion for Project Management and the ability to build and create long-lasting relationships with clients as well being responsible for managing the accounts performance, ensuring clients satisfaction as well as supervising projects from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project & Account Manager - Electronics, Electrical, PCB's
A more detailed brief will be made available to those who are shortlisted but in short, you will:
Provide customer account management, ensuring timely communication of project status to all stakeholders, both internally and externally for all projects.
Provide monthly reporting including agreed KPI update to the Senior Management Team.
Lead, carry-out and conduct regular review meetings with all customers and stay abreast of any new business opportunities.
Pro-actively manage all projects to ensure delivery against agreed timescales and budgets - escalating as necessary
Work closely with the Technical Lead & Engineering Manager to ensure that there is clear understanding of all projects, deliverables and timescales.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Project & Account Manager - Electronics, Electrical, PCB's
We would be delighted to receive applications from individuals who meet the following brief:
A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, Project Management or a related field
You will have a proven track record in project management and Account / client management from a technical field.
Knowledge of electronic components / PCB's would be of particular interest
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrable experience in a client facing roles with a strong ability to understand and address client's need, as well as having the ability to manage expectations and needs.
Proven record of success in managing and delivering multiple technical projects on time and within budget.
Attitude is critical - you will be positive, optimistic, energetic and have a hands on attitude should be an inspiration to customers and peers.
Experience of Microsoft packages including Project, Powerpoint Excel and Word.
