This role would suit a talented and motivated Project Architect with a proficiency in Revit and AutoCad, who will play a key role in the design and delivery of exciting projects across various sectors. From concept development to construction documentation, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and creativity to every stage of the architectural process.
About you - Skills, experience and responsibilities required for this role:
· ARB registered Architect with minimum 5 years of experience post Part 3 working in the UK
· Experience working across all RIBA Stages, with strong knowledge of UK planning policies and Building Regulations
· Relevant project experience in both residential and commercial sectors
· Proficiency in Revit & Autocad would be preferred
· Ability to create detailed drawings, models and renderings in Revit
· Strong problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
· Ability to produce technical detailing packages and deliver them on site
· Have design flare and strong technical abilities
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines
· Collaborate with clients, engineers and stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts
· Liaise with clients and manage queries and problems as and when they arise
· Participate in project meetings, presentations and reviews, effectively communicating design intent and responding to feedback
· Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion
· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
· Previous experience working on Conservation projects is desirable, but not essential

The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week based at our office in Kelsall. Some travel to site meetings will be required, so a full driving licence would be a benefit.
