Job Details
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small team as a Project Assistant at our offices on the Surrey Research Park.
Job task include, but not limited to;
- Assistance in Developing of Study Documents
- Serves as an office-based point of contact for all sites during the course of the study
- Assistance in Project Management
- Assistance in Regulatory Affairs
- Assistance in Shipment of Clinical Supplies
- Prearrangements of Investigator Meetings
- Preparation for Archiving of Study Documents
- Updates and maintains study tracking
- Serves as administrator of the Trial Master File
- Assists with study start-up of clinical trials, including feasibility, investigator recruitment, collection of regulatory documents and general site management support
- Serves as an office-based point of contact for all sites during the course of the study
- Assists with company administration activities according to need and availability
- First and second data entry of CRF data into database
- Implementation of queries
- Receipt, processing, filing, reporting and tracking of safety information
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
The individual will ideally have the following attributes;

- be organised, punctual, have great interpersonal skills and happy to work with the team
And the following is also required;
- life science degree or healthcare equivalent
- basic understanding of ICH/GCP
- entitlement to work in the UK
- full UK drivers licence
