SalaryYour new companyAn exciting local organisation is looking to recruit a PA on a permanent basis to undertake high level, professional PA and administrative duties to support the SMT to operate effectively in their roles.
Your new roleThe PA will provide full administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, arranging travel and accommodation, negotiate with a wide range of suppliers, managing databases, compiling reports, presentations and correspondence as required, administrative emails and filing.
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate for the position will have previous proven experience in a PA / Senior Administrative position, with drive and determination, a professional team player with a good personality, flexibility and able to deal effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You must be competent in Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint and Excel.
