Help us create a better future, quicker

At Scottish Power we know that our people are our strongest asset, so we’re always looking for individuals whose energy, intelligence and passion can help us reach our goals.

At the heart of all business visions and activities are the people whose individual efforts and performance make it happen. Therefore, as part of customer service team you have to understand and interpret customer requirements to design and produce accurate quotations to customers on behalf of SP Energy Networks.

What
you’ll be doing

As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Liaise and communicate with external and internal colleagues
  • Preparing authorisation paperwork and issuing quotations as required

What
you’ll bring

  • Individuals with excellent customer service skills are essential to this role
  • The ability to explain projects clearly and in detail to customers and individuals at all levels
  • Self- motivated to deal with any challenges faced, ensuring objectives are delivered timeously without compromising on safety, quality or customer service
  • Attention to detail is necessary in order to recognise and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring designs comply with Company and statutory regulations and the job is designed at the highest level of quality and standard
  • Skilled in maintaining excellent relationships with customers, ensuring every part of the journey from quote to completion is handled expertly
  • Knowledge of the Electricity Network or an electrical qualification would be advantageous to this role but not essential

What’s
in it for you

As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits. With our pension scheme, we’ll double match your contribution up to a company contribution of 10%.

At ScottishPower, we believe it’s the little things we do in life that make a big difference.
