£12.50-£15 per hour (depending upon experience)
Flexible working as standard (could fit around studying or caring commitments)

Role Description
We're seeking a Projects Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work partially remotely and located in Glasgow. As a Projects Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing high-quality project delivery on behalf of our clients. You'll liaise with clients to understand their needs and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and the possibility of progressive growth within our company.
As such your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Planning in dates, meetings and resources with trainers, consultants, and clients.
- Coordinating coaching progress and creating monthly dashboards of progress against plans.
- Update project trackers, spreadsheets and client working documents with progress.
- Create meeting agendas and capture actions from client meetings and following up.
- Liaising with clients on progress and providing any information requested.
- Help to support on any projects for example with taking notes in focus groups and writing up 121 interview feedback.
- Ensure evaluation is captured and reported back for all client projects.
- Conduct internal project review meetings and debriefs on conclusion to capture lessons learned.
- Support management with coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an admin/ support or coordination role would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in managing budgets and project scopes would be an asset but not required.
- Experience using project management software and tools
- A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is an asset, but not required
- Experience or understanding of organisational development, management and leadership, or people and work practices is also an asset.
- Flexibility and strong adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
