Project Coordinator

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
Salary: Dependent on experience
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their friendly team and be part of one of their ever expanding business. The successful candidate will be taking part in a dynamic role, responsible for overseeing day to day fleet projects and managing internal processes.
Main Duties:
- Working with Project Managers to discuss and understand customer requirements
- Liaising with customers regularly to manage objectives and maintain excellent service
- Working with internal teams to develop solutions
- Handling complaints and escalating to relevant Project Managers
- Using knowledge of material and products to scope out installation requirements
- Identifying cross selling opportunities and forwarding onto the Sales team
- Coordinating and supporting elements of complex programmes of work
- Using problem-solving techniques to identify, assess and resolve issues
- Coordinating projects against deliverables, budget and deadlines and liaising with internal departments regarding discrepancies
About you:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Have a good understanding of vehicle and commercial fleet operation
- Experience in a branding (within a fleet environment)
- Strong IT skills in MS Office
- Strong awareness of Health and Safety
