As the Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the wider project team in the organisation of project work to ensure its success. You will be assigning and monitoring daily tasks, creating reports and updates for business stakeholders, enhancing and building relationships with external stakeholders.

What we need from you?
* Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with project timelines.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
* Analyse project progress and, adapt process as required, to ensure optimal outcome.
* Ensure that all aspects of a project are organised, and in conformance with the agreed timelines and deliverables.
* Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency.
* Report project risks and outcomes, and escalate issues as required.
* Strengthen and extend partnerships with external stakeholders.
* Using data and research to generate leads and support project management.
What you will need to succeed?
* Experience supporting or managing manufacturing projects.
* Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Ideally you will have an understanding of architectural specifications and drawings.
