If so, this role could be for you.My Cannock based client is looking for a Customer Service Project Coordinator to join their expanding office-based team.Benefits:Monday to Friday 9am-5pm25 days holiday + Bank holidaysFree on-site parkingPensionSalary up to £28,000 (Dependent on experience)Duties and Responsibilities:Day to day management of one of their largest customer accountsTake briefs from the client and manage projects from inception to completion.Manage sample requests and approvals for production.Drive projects from the order stage through to delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time.Raise customer orders as and when required.Continuous Customer liaison to keep them up to date regarding their deliveries.Build strong relationships both internally and externally.Build trust with the customer through fast and effective project management.Ensure clear and timely communication with both the customer and the internal team.Problem solve and provide effective solutions.Skills and Experience Required:Strong organisational and time management skillsStrong administration experienceGood knowledge of excel.Customer Service experienceExcellent Communication skillsAdept at problem solving.Hardworking and proactive attitudePrevious experience working in a project management role would be advantageous.Apply Now!KSBirminghamKelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
