Hays Recruitment are delighted to be working with a public sector organisation in the recruitment of a Project Coordinator to join one of their directors\' busy departments on a temporary basis. This client is looking for someone who ideally has come from a public sector background with experience in assisting projects, coordinating documents and working collaboratively as a team.
Your new role
As a Project Coordinator, you will support various teams and report into the director. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Collating information and developing documents
- Developing basic processes
- To produce communication projects
- Develop a set of tools for a team to use to improve customer service
- Document key management information
- Assist in some of the business planning activity
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in assisting a project
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient in office packages
What you\'ll get in return

- £31,613 per annum
- Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
- Flexibility in working hours
