Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview: We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with doctors from various medical specialties to develop innovative courses for our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring the seamless execution of course builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach Coordination: Identify and engage potential course authors and presenters via LinkedIn and other outreach tools like our mailing list.
- Meeting Arrangements: Schedule and conduct video meetings with potential course authors to discuss project details and evaluate their suitability.
- Course Development Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive course plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor course build progress and provide regular status updates to the project manager and team.
- Resource Coordination: Manage resources and tasks to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Quality Assurance: Perform periodic quality checks to ensure courses meet required specifications and standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a busy email inbox.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position with the potential for permanent employment at the end of the contract.
