SalaryOur client is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries to ensure the safety, authenticity, and accuracy of their products. You will be based in their environmental testing division, who provide bespoke and routine analytical testing throughout the UK and Europe.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for customers and clients for ongoing projects and ensuring client needs are met. Additionally, you will work closely with both the laboratory and sales teams to review work submitted to the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring timely communication with clients on the progress of their projects. Hands-on experience working in a high throughput environmental testing laboratory is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of customer/client interaction via email/telephone
- Previous experience of working with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Strong communication and organisational skills are essential
- Good understanding of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of working to ISO17025 regulations is desirable
