Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

Project Co-ordinator duties will include:

• Coordinate with drawing office and customer to gain all relevant information for programme plans and deadlines
• Participate in on site design coordination meetings
• Issue drawings to the customer for approval
• Constantly monitor programme and make amendments where necessary
• Ensure orders are released to production to the deadlines set
• Keep a full up to date project file
• Prepare and maintain a pricing/delivery schedule for all projects

To be considered for this Project Co-ordinator role you will have the following experience/attributes:

• Sale order processing/customer service experience
• Experience of managing multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritising own workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident problem solver
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• UK driving license is essential

Experience with a commercial construction related discipline would be advantageous.

• Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
• Hybrid working available - 2 days home based, 3 days office based
