Working within a small, very busy, fast paced and challenging environment, carrying out a variety of duties to include:
- Logging purchase invoices
- Dealing with procurement, placing orders for materials with trade accounts
- Allocating job numbers and logging on the Purchase Order log
- Monitoring incoming claims daily
- Liaising with Contractors and logging weekly invoices coming in via email onto Excel and then sending to the Accountant
- Logging assignments on Journals
- Participating and taking part in weekly management minutes and taking the minutes (not bervatim)
- Supporting the Directors with any other duties as required
You will have:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and on your own initiative
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- The desire to progress
