About the role:
OA are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our clients growing team.
You ll have the opportunity to join a global market Leader in Digital Marketing Technology, supporting well-known brands including Retail & Hospitality.

Main duties:
- Working closely with the Sales Team, supporting with pre-sales and providing information throughout the project
- Managing project requirements and client expectations
- Creating and maintaining project plans
- Collaborating across the business to support in producing project briefs, ensuring all tasks are planned
- Prepare project summaries, collating key information for internal teams and clients
- Tracking costs, budgets, stock and other assets related to your projects
- Providing updates on project status and any challenges
- Identify, manage and resolve challenges, collaborating with the wider team to resolve any more complex challenges
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven ability to manage project lifecycle end to end
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- A collaborative and friendly approach
- Methodical and organised, able to manage your workflow effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
