A fantastic opportunity has now presented itself for an energetic, driven and determined Project Coordinator to join their successful, growing team!
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing project reports, including meeting agendas and minutes, progress reports.
- Providing support to the Project Manager and the projects team.
- Manage project correspondence, distributing documents to relevant stakeholders and maintaining an accurate record of communication.
- Coordinate and submit various documents and reports to the client.
- liaising with internal colleagues and external clients to support effective delivery.
As a Project Coordinator you will have/ be:
- exceptional coordination skills with experience in a similar role.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- an advanced understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Have experience of producing reports and analysing data.
- A full driving license is required.
