Overview
A lovely company based in Southampton are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator (Operations Lead). This is a very busy role where you will be required to work as part of a team and will be responsible for ensuring that projects/contracts run smoothly including the management of engineers, procurement of materials and meeting KPIs.
The environment is relaxed but busy, people are passionate about the company and are motivated to do a good job. You will play a key part in the communication link between the engineers and customers. The company are a leader within their industry and offer an excellent working environment.
The Role
This is a very busy role where you will be responsible for the managing several key contracts to ensure that KPIs are met within agreed time-scales.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing of multiple contract specific performance KPI’s
- Scheduling and coordination of multiple material deliveries
- Expediting of all live orders across multiple suppliers
- Involvement in customer facing operations and performance reviews
- Acting in compliance with the groups Health & Safety and Quality Control systems at all times
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be successful in this role you need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment without being fazed. You need to be an excellent communicator and be able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time. Experience of working in a similar role is desired. The ideal candidate will be proficient working with Microsoft Excel.
You must possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own transport.
