Customer Care Coordinator - Residential Developer
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for a residential developer in Hampshire.
The main purpose of the role is to provide customers with a 5-star Customer Service process and deal efficiently and effectively with any issues they have.
Job role: Customer Care Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Hampshire (hybrid)
Main duties:
- Be the first point of contact with customers
- Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently
- Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system
- Liaise with Maintenance operatives, sub-contractors, etc
Knowledge and skills:
- Self-motivated
- Confident with the ability to communicate
- Organised and ability to prioritise
- IT skills
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the residential industry
