SalaryService Coordinator / General Adminstrator required for our client, a plumbing and heating services provider, based in Hampshire.
They require a Service Coordinator or general administrator to join their team, based from their offices near Fareham. The successful Service Coordinator will be working within our clients plumbing and heating department, assisting with the scheduling and coordination of planned and reactive maintenance works.
Service Coordinator / General Adminstrator Overview
- Answering incoming calls/emails from clients
- Logging planned and reactive works
- Arranging security clearance and supplies/tools needed for each job
- Booking out vehicles for engineer's use
- Assisting with client communication, including taking calls from high-value clients and forwarding onto the correct department
Service Coordinator / General Adminstrator Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position assigning works to engineers and dealing directly with clients/customers would be highly advantageous
- General administrating experience also considered, for someone who maybe looking to move into a Service Coordinator
- Based within a commutable distance of Fareham
Service Coordinator / General Adminstrator Remuneration
- Salary £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
- Performance based annual bonus between £200 to £1,500
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
