Project Coordinator - Temporary Role (week to week) - £13-£15 per hour - West Lothian - Onsite
Are you immediately available with experience in Project Coordination and Project Administration? HRC is working exclusively with a West Lothian-based business looking for an experienced Project Coordinator. This role will provide project and administrative support within a number of contracts across the business, along with supporting and coordinating requirements in line with company compliance, ensuring all documents and reporting are submitted accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the 360-contract/scheme process, including supporting the project - in line with key processes and legislation
- Have a clear understanding of key departmental projects and contracts, ensuring the smooth running of the project from an administartive perspective.
- Liaise with Contract Managers across site staff as the central point of communication for any queries
- Gathering completion documents and files in preparation for submission to clients
- Database input and management
- Support planning and processes to ensure project KPIs are met
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries with clients and customers

- No formal qualifications are required for this role
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Able to start in the role immediately or within a quick turn-around

- Hourly Rate: £25,000-£28,000 FTE
