SalaryOur client is looking for and experienced and professional Project Coordinator PA to join their established team in the centre of Banbury. Working within a dynamic and busy environment you must be comfortable working at pace and have excellent organisational and administrative skills. You will be supporting a senior Director of the company with duties pertaining to Project Coordination therefore must have previously worked in this sector.
Working hours will consist of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with suggested hours of 09:00-18:00, but could offer flexibility within the start and finish time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing of letters and reports from hand written documents
- Diary management
- Management of the directors and your own mailbox
- Prompt the Director and colleagues based upon a maintained list of live projects
- Assemble hard and soft copies of documents as required
- Proof-reading and formatting documentation
- Organise and support with holiday cover across the administrative team
- Answering and deal with incoming calls and messages
- Offer additional support to the team helping with the project process
- Contribute to the assembly of applications and appeals and the subsequent submission
- Liaise and build relationships with clients providing information and updates on projects
- Obtain quotations, schedule meetings and monitor lead times
- Provide all round support to the Director
Personal Attributes:
- Have proven experience providing executive level support and working in a Project Coordinator role
- Strong organisational skills being able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally One Drive
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and able to work to struct deadlines
- Extremely professional in both their attitude to work and personal presentation
- Highly developed time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
