Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with previous experience gained in an IT Projects support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive working relationship with clients, whilst successfully coordinating a variety of milestones and deliverables.

This full-time position is Monday - Friday home based with occasional face to face meetings in the N. Hampshire/Berkshire area.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior Project Managers with the delivery of networking and communication technology projects

• Organising project resources and schedules

• Effectively communicating with stakeholders and internal teams

• Producing weekly project reports and end of project reports

• Developing and overseeing projects using Microsoft Project

• Identifying risks for delivering the project

• Managing project timelines to ensure quick deliveries

• Adhere to internal processes

• Build successful working relationships with clients, networks and vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Coordination in a relevant IT environment

• Working knowledge of project management software (eg. MS Project)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Able to assist to achieve Service Level Agreements

• Proven track record of working collaboratively with a team

• Car driver living in Berkshire or N. Hampshire area
